Two or three weeks is the bare minimum, then you can masturbate GENTLY, being careful to avoid the scarline. After four weeks or so, sex should be ok, but use a condom for the first few weeks to avoid injuring yourself.
These are general rules of thumb, assuming trouble-free healing.
