Sorry I don't have any advice on the problem as such, but there is a guy called PaulB that monitors this forum. From all accounts he's a doctor and he could probably be able to give you some help. If you ask him, maybe he'll respond here and help you out - but you'd have to leave a message that is clearly labelled for him. Alternatively you could go to the circumcision forum at fathermag and speak to him there - tell him I sent you and he'll be happy to help, I'm sure.
