History:Foreskin peviously only retractable to 1/3 way down glans when erect due to phimotic ring. I had a prepuceplasty 9 months ago which has made the foreskin freely slide over glans when erect. BUT, foreskin is still rather tight when erect and "bunches up" behind the glans and puts a lot of strain on the frenulum,which occassionally cuts. Where do I go now? do I request a further dorsal slit? or an operation on the frenulum? Is there any way I can get the foreskin to slide further down the shaft and not bunch up?
