Imagine my surprise yesterday when the urologist merely verified my FRENULUM BREVE is sufficient to need the FRESNOPLASTY and scheduled it for July 9th.
He asked if I wanted it as a surgical outpatient in the hospital or in his office, and I chose his office, not really knowing which was the better.
After he severs the fren, he then cuts Z's in it so he can stretch it out and sew it to the side of my cockhead, which takes about 20 minutes, with one hour preparation.
Another bonus is that he said my cock would be a bit longer when it could stretch out to its full length.

Surgeons in California make a video of their entire procedures so they have proof they performed correctly. I wonder if there is the usual $19.95 charge for the tape if I ask for a copy!
