Is this likely to be a problem?

I'm not sure whether I've got a problem or not, hopefully I can get some help with the diagnosis here.

I woke up this morning with a slight discolouration on my glans next to the urethra - just to the right (looking down at it from my perspective). It's also ever so slightly, almost imperceptibly swollen, and it's tiny. It completely disappears upon erection, and only reappears when the penis is 100% flaccid again.

My initial panic reaction was that it might be evidence of BXO, and that it might develop into a harder, whiter area on the tip of the glans. I'm still worrying about that now, but there are no other symptoms. For all I know, it might be something as simple as that part of the glans not being covered by the foreskin as I slept, and it reacting slightly to being exposed.

Any suggestions as to possible causes/problems? Or is it nothing to stress about? I can't help but fear the worst here, guys... :(

(FYI, I have a mild phimotic ring and a short frenulum, which I recently started stretching, so far with positive results.)
