Jake, thanks for this. Right now though, although it's bit swollen, I've never had a problem with a tight foreskin. Even when I'm fully erect and really hard it slip back and forth really easily. So isn't paraphimosis highly unlikely, and doesn;t it affect people with tight foreskins? Grateful for advice.
