>>>I have been trying to keep my foreskin retracted as my gf and I like it that way. However, after a day and a half I'm getting a swelling like a tyre just behind the penis.
>>This can happen, and is one of the few risks of keeping retracted. It can be dangerous if you keep it retracted now, because there is a remote chance of you developing paraphimosis. Let the foreskin forward for the time being, until the swelling has gone down. It shouldn't take more than a day or two at most.
>>Then, just keep it retracted for a shorter period, and then a slightly longer period, and so on. As long as you don't give it too much of a shock, your body will adjust.
>>Whether you keep it retracted or not is entirely up to you.
>>Hope this helps.
>Jake, thanks for this. Right now though, although it's bit swollen, I've never had a problem with a tight foreskin. Even when I'm fully erect and really hard it slip back and forth really easily. So isn't paraphimosis highly unlikely, and doesn;t it affect people with tight foreskins? Grateful for advice.Well, of course, paraphimosis affects people with tight foreskins, but your swelling has made yours thicker, therefore it could now be tight, until the swelling goes down. You would be in a better position to know if there is such tightness while swollen. But if you ask nice, Jake might give you a hand with it.
