A partial circumcision or dorsal and certain possible solutions, surgically speaking. Check out my Circumcision FAQ for some information about surgery. It could also be worth your time checking out Nathan's posts on this forum. You may also want to watch out for Ralesk's and Ivan's post about stretching the foreskin. You may find some help there that might help you avoid surgery.
