The advice from the urologist advocating surgery on a perfectly normal penis is simply malpractice - a 'phimotic ring' is normal, as is longer foreskin. Either the urologist needs the quick cash or he is a pervert - he is telling you something is needed when it clearly is not. If he had only stated that his 'preference' is for the circumcised look, then at least he would not have been dishonest, but saying you needed one when it was normal, functioning and healthy is inexcusable. Never go to that person again.
