As you get older and you will have exposed the glans for more and more time, it’ll get drier and more wrinkly. It happens to some earlier, to some later — faster or slower… It’s a matter of how often and for how long you expose the glans. What you’re experiencing can very well be just this process that happens to pretty much everyone (to circumcised people in the few weeks/months after their operation) and the changes aren’t universal, but restricted to an area that was exposed more than the rest.
