Foreskin won't go back over the glans

Hi,
Well, for since forever I've never been able to pull my foreskin back past the head(Phimosis) and had about a 4-5mm opening. Well for the past couple weeks, I've been stretching it and its been stretching further and further. Well today I was finally able to fully retract the foreskin past the glans...but now it won't go back over it. My head is SUPER SENSITIVE. I can barely walk around without pain and discomfort. So far the most comfortable way for me to move about is by wearing tidey whities which keeps the penis in place and minimizes rubbing(although it still hurts a bit).It seems like the glans got a bit bigger after pulling the foreskin back and its not going back over. It doesnt seem like this is a problem, but Id still like to make sure.
