Cream and Skin Flap

Hi,

I wrote in before, thanks for the replies. I just recently noticed that there is some sort of skin connecting the foreskin to the underside of the head!!! Is it supposed to be there? I only noticed it cos i been stretching with the betamethasone valerate for about 3-4 days now (10%) but there seems to be no tangible effect. Should i go for a circumcision?

Please advice.
