Hi. I have now been waiting for a few weeks now for my phimotic ring to become smooth so I can start stretching again, however the skin is still rough and I don't want to stretch when its like this. It doesn't look like it is even settling down, so I don't know what to do? Vaseline seems to help sometimes but still the skin is rough. I'm confused and getting very annoyed.
