Stiches come out early?

I'm 25 and had a circ 6 days ago. It's still as swollen as after the op and i think this may have caused some of the stiches to come out. I'm kinda worried that i'm just being over cautious but it does look like the two peices near the frenulum of skin haven't healed together yet (looks like a small gap). I've been having baths twice a day as the aftercare note says maybe this has dissolved them too quickly? Is this normal or should i go back to the hospital and have new stitches put in?
