Let the foreskin forward for the time being, until the swelling has gone down. It shouldn't take more than a day or two at most.

Well at least you have the awareness that there could be a problem if the swelling is severe enough to cut off blood circulation. And the answers given are on target to keep foreskin foreward for a while and then go at it with shorter intervals at first and perhaps at a time of day when you can keep track of what is happening.

I only experienced a slight swelling which actually helped keep the foreskin from rolling forward which was what i wanted. In my case a week or so had it so that my foreskin would stay in either position, which was fortunate for me, as many guys undergo a long period of "training".

Going skinned back has advantages in ease of cleanliness, of reducing covered moist areas for disease to flourish- and a lot of us like the glans exposed for its sexy look.

There has been a lot more skinning back than some would believe. It has been said that perhaps 20% of men born in the US from 1900-1920 adopted permanent retraction.

Just ease into it and enjoy!
