Partial circumcision is quite a silly term for it (we’ve been arguing about that for quite a while here), you are either cut around or not, it is not a factor of “partiality” of the circumcision itself how much skin it leaves.

That’s true, more or less. Not really “less” can you stretch as you grow older, but slower can you.

I think it’s a valid thought that you go and try it and see if you like it. You cannot change your mind after you’ve gone under the knife.

As for the weeks when you leave it alone — yes, it happens to some of the people. However, it never shrinks back to the “original” size, nor even near that.
