Great stuff! That was really heart-warming. I would say the discovery of my condition and this forum has been a life-changing experience too. Sometimes I read the forum and get quite depressed but other times it makes me feel more confident.
I have been stretching now for about 2-3 weeks. I stretch in the morning, when I get out of bed; in the middle of the day; and at night, before I go to bed. I try and stretch for 5-10 minutes at a time. So far, the progress has been very slow but notciable. I predict (if it continues at this rate and doesn't become exponential) that it will be months, not weeks, before I am "normal" but I have faith I will get there. Of course, there is a chance that it simply won't stretch any further, but from the success stories on here I hope that won't be the case.
I will surely notify the forum as my strecthing sees more results.
Keep the positive stories coming!
