Again, thanks for all the info and time taken for the replies. Just done some more tests!, and here's some more info...when fully erect, I can retract the foreskin fully (so I reckon this rules out frenulum problems?), though it is very painful, causes the head to get bigger (cutting off blood I assume), and almost unbearable at ejaculation (during the masturbation test, the foreskin could rest pretty comfortably halfway down the head, but formed a bit of an hourglass shape). At ejaculation, I had to pull the foreskin back to a semi-unretracted state. I'm reckoning that the fact it can retract at all in it's erect state would bode well for stretching (my prefered option)? Also, with the betamethasone (I've used betnovate before for eczema), is if 0.05%, if that's the way I go?
