I'm 28, still a virgin, but getting married in three months, and am a bit worried about how that's all going to go, and how this may impede the sexual side of our relationship. Is three months enough to get to doing stretching? As far as I can tell from your description, you’re not far from what is considered a normally functioning foreskin. Stretching does take a while, how much, it varies from person to person and from the seriousness of the condition. It’s nevertheless worth the try, I would say three months is a long enough time to reach a state where you can retract with a full erection. From there it’s just fine-tuning.

You can read up on Nathan and other’s posts and make conclusions from there. It takes quite a while to recover.
Your condition does not necessitate a circumcision.

NHS has some nice queue lengths, last I heard.
