I have seen people who could retract far less than you and have stretched their way to a comfortably retractable foreskin :) You are definitely not far from one.

I heard the weaker ointment being suggested in most cases when it was mentioned. It is not necessary, and like any steroid, it shouldn’t be used for too long — consult your doctor or pharmacist on that.
