Stretching works best for young males whose foreskin has not yet dilated.

But for adults, especially when the phimosis is recently acquired, stretching has far fewer odds of long term success.

Also, if you hve pinhole phimosis, you have a hell of a lot of stretching to do before you get a fully functional penis.

You might want to sonsider at least a partial circumcision that removes the ring of tight skin. But even with this, you will have to be careful becauyse the condition which lead to your foreskin tightening up in recent times may tighten up your remaining foreskin especially at the scar.

If your partial circ erxposes at least 1/3 of the glans when flaccid, the odds of recurrance are greatly reduced not only because of added protection against infections, but also becauise the tip of foreskin will rest on a wider area of glans and thus won't have to stretch as much to roll back over the coroonna of glans.
