>>I am 30 and have been in a Pinhole Phimosis condition for 3 years. Before that, my orifice was still small but not to this extent (now about 2-3mm in diameter). It seems that it has been getting gradually smaller. A year ago, I started working on my way of stretching from time to time and it works as it stops my orifice from getting smaller. However, I wonder if my way of stretching is good enough:
>This I’ll address later in this post.
>>Q1. Do I need to hold my foreskin at the stretched position for a while? or just stretch it and relax it repeatedly like playing with a rubber band? Anyone have the same case as mine to share?
>The method described by Dave is pretty spot-on, I think.
>>Q2. I have been using boiled cold water to clean the inside (by dripping several drops of water inside and massage, then squeeze out). Is it a good way of cleaning it? or conversely, would it introduce bacteria to the inside, with water as a breeding bed leading to infection??
>No, it’s a good idea. Optimally, urine in itself is a good cleaning substance (being practically steril in a healthy man) — its real problem is that once it’s outside, it’s a fantastic breeding ground for bacteria. So yes, water is a good idea.
>I have some questions.
>It is suspicious that the opening would get smaller — this doesn’t /just/ happen, there is usually a cause. A trip to a dermatologist might help in getting to know the exact problem (not just the obvious result).
>Do you have diabetes?I'm not sure..
>Is the pattern of the tip of the foreskin any different from what it used to be? Has the colour changed? Is any of these different from what you know as a normal skin colour or skin pattern on a penis? (been trying to phrase this last sentence better for the last ten minutes, sorry, no can do.)
There wasn't any special tissue, no different color (except getting a bit red when I stretch too much). 3 years ago, I believe I had an infection of some sort, and the scar sticks the foreskin together bit by bit. I didn't know anything about stretching that time and just let the situation get worse...
Sometimes, I think of working on the scar (I can still identify the merging border) by scratching gently with my finger nail in the hope that newly formed tissues should be easier to break.
>That’s all for now, I await your reply.
It is very kind of you. You guys already did a good job.
