You should keep trying to stretch the skin often. Mederma cream might help but not guaranteed to do so. If the cutline heals without constant tension to stretch it up, it will scar down again and thus make any reasonable opening impossible. You might need to consider a circumcision- read Jake's and my notes here. It is far from being the end of the world! Don't despair either way. Some of the finest men in the world are clipped you know!
