>I was (to some extent, still am) in your position earlier this year, and I'm of a similar age. I hadn't retracted my foreskin, and as a result it was tight, and as I was to discover, the frenulum was short also. When I first discovered the problem, the foreskin was almost too tight to retract at all when flaccid - I think I nearly gave myself paraphimosis the first time I pulled it back (took a good ten minutes of maneuvering and much panicking to return the foreskin forward!).
>A few months later, it retracts comfortably when erect. I wouldn't say it retracts totally smoothly yet, as it's still a very snug fit, but nonetheless it does pass (in both directions) over the glans of the erect penis without difficulty when asked to do so. :) The frenulum, which was also extremely short (pulling the head right down when flaccid even before the glans was comlpetely uncovered), is now beginning to loosen up as well. Still some way to go with the frenulum, and progress is slow enough to make it difficult to detect any progress on a weekly basis. But when I compare how far I can retract now without the glans being pulled down, compared to how far I USED to be able to go, then there's definite improvement. :)
>Moral of the story: stick with it. It can be slow and disheartening at times, to say the least, but as long as you don't tear or scar the tougher tissue that causes the tightness, then there's no reason that the skin won't continue to grow until there's no longer any tension on it.
------Thanks for the support. Did you just try to stretch it occasionally or keep it streched all the time? Did you use any cream?
I think at one point while trying to have sex I was in a condition of paraphimosis. The foreskin was stuck behind the glans which seemed swollen more than usual. What's scary was there were two tight bulging bags of skin (felt like small water baloons) on the underside and just behind glans. I was able to pull the skin back over the glans and reduce the condition. I hope there was no permanent damage, it seems to be functioning properly since. I'm lucky I did the right thing, at that point I didn't even know what paraphimosis is.
