No, I never used any creams on it. My method was simply to gently stretch it for at least 30 seconds everytime before I go to the loo. Ideally, I'd be able to pull it for longer and more frequently, but that's not really an option at work. ;) It's not the most rigourous workout scheme, and progress slows once the foreskin can pass over the flaccid glans (as by that point it's obviously under less tension whenever you move it), but I think simply moving it about and backwards and forwards helps with the flexibility/elasticity of it, and generally helps it to loosen up.

I haven't been the most diligent person with the stretching, as sometimes a few days would pass where I did nothing, but overall I think that as long as it's resumed again before too long, then you can continue where you left off. The stretching techniques I used were the ones Ralesk describes - taking the foreskin by holding the edges of it so it makes a slight tube, and gently pulling apart to widen the phimotic ring. Now that the phimosis is more or less gone, I'm using the same technique, but pulling it away from me (rather than apart) in an effort to make the frenulum more elastic, or even just plain longer. :)
