Is this okay?

Well I had a tight penis, but I found some advice on stretching and worked with it for about 2 weeks.

When flacid I can pull the skin back past the head and about half way down the shaft no problem.

When it is erect though I can JUST get it under the head. It refuses to go down any further and actually hurts.

Is this okay?

I'm sexually active, and I can say sex is okay, but it's not 100% comfortable, sometimes it feels abit tight when I go for deep penetration... but the girl I am with was a virgin, and we have only done it 2-3 times so maybe the tightness I am feeling is down to her?
