It is the frenulum that is stopping it from going further as opposed to the foreskin? The frenulum is that bit of skin under the head that is like what you have under your tounge. If that is the problem, then the chances are you probably don't need to be stretching your foreskin.

It's your foreskin, dude. She may be a bit snug down there, but that won't be causing you problems outside of the tunnel of love.
