i think to begin with i had exactly the same problems as joe has - phimosis with a short frenulum . a weeks' hard work of stretching resolved the relative phimosis (with the help of a steroid cream) but hasnt done much to relieve the short frenulum. but whats more distressing is the 1. HYPERSENSITIVE glans (ouch!) and 2) the folds of skin which retract behind the glans and tends to stay there unless manually pushed forward again.
is there a solution to these problems ? does the hypersensitivity wear off with time ? and will the folds of skin 'learn ' to slide back over the glans ?
