Phimosis?

Kind of have the same problem as John C. When phlaccid I can retract foreshin and have hour glass appreance. When erect it is very painfull to retract. When I'm having sexual intercouse it is quite painfull to achieve without wearing a condom and on a couple occasions I have had the frenulum tear a bit. I'm going to see a urologist in a few days but I just wanted to see what do you think i should expect to happen?
