phimosis out BUT ....

This might sound weird. but before i 'self- treated' my phimosis (with all the great advice i found on stretching here ) , the over-hanging foreskin used to help me urinate right into the WC by deadening the force of the urinary stream. but now that my foreskin easily retrats( and tends to do so on its own occassionally), there is nothing to retard the force of the urinary stream and i tend to spray the area , and it feels like target practice ,trying to pass water into the WC. its like going thru toilet training again.(the only solution i find is to pull the foreskin forward before voiding).
anyone else with experience in spray painting ?!
