Initially it does feel like there is an exponential decrease in the rate of improvement but if u keep at it , things should improve . take heart! ( hope u r applying betamethasone on the inner side of the foreskin too ).
perhaps its worth taking the pains to find out how long its ok to apply betamethasone...coz its a steroid and can predispose to infections , esp fungal.
