The spray called 'Stud 100' works. Simple as that. It works works WORKS!!!
It is a temporary solution acting as a mild anaesthetic which numbs the glans for 15-20 mins or so. I guess you could keep using it as long as you can keep buying it if you want to numb the pain for longer periods.
I asked my Urologist whether there were any downsides to using it, and using it often and he said there was no problem whatsover.
When I use it I am able to touch the head of my glans almost as if there had never been a problem at all.
It worked for me and for anyone else I have little doubt it would remove stinging, sharp pains, or feeling like you had been stabbed and all the other 'lovely' sensations that go along with having sensitive glans.
Good luck fellas - go grab it at a chemist/pharmacist/drug store - whatever you call it depending on your country!
