I'm pretty ceratin its nothing to do with a tight frendulum. I cannot even see the frendulum. The foreskin all around it has fused to the glans, and the frendulum is literally buries beneath it all.
Its hard to describe the condition when no-one's even heard of it. I don't think anyone can help.
