Reading about your phimosis is intresting, Iv had phimosis all my life (26years) but six weeks ago it was circ time. I dont know the answer to your question because if circumcision is a posible solution you've got to discover the answer on your own (whatever road that may be). For me the circ was'nt painful (under local) or afterwards it was the 26years before that were the worst.
