>>>ABOUT A MONTH AGO I HAD AN OPERATION CALLED "FRENULOPLASTY" SO THAT I COULD PULL MY FORESKIN BACK (BECAUSE I HAD PHIMOSIS) AND NOW MY FORESKIN HAS COME BACK, BUT....ITS STAYING BACK AND IT AINT COMING OVER MY GLANS?
>yeah i can slide it back 2 a certain extent, but when i get an erection it seems 2 be painful its like my knob is been "strangled" if you get my drift? thanks for your help

I would guess that the discomfort level will decrease when your penis becomes used to the "liberation" of the glans by the frenoplasty and gets used to being able to expand a bit more than with the phimosis.

Be aware that there are men (and I was one) who intentionaly opt to have the foreskin continually retracted behing the glans for cleanliness and aescetic reasons. It often happens, as you can see from other posts here too, that this can not always be a positive experience from the start as there can be swelling of the foreskin when first kept behind the glans, which can be dangerous if not coped with by re-covering the glans but which can and should be worked through.

If you are not experiencing any swelling of the skin then it is merely the insufficient diameter of the foreskin that can be causing the choking sensation. I would think that this will improve with time.

Some will adamantly state that the glans must always be kept covered by the foreskin except when in action- but there are also men all over the world that are pleased with wearing their foreskins always retracted. I have experienced this and endorse it for easier cleanliness and health and personally I like seeing the well desidned glans visible.
