Help! Hard Shaft???

Hi all!

Was wondering if anyone could shed some light.. Ive just this second changed the dressing before I go to bed, and Ive noticed that the shaft of my penis, directl underneath the cut line seems hard, like a hardened mass... its only like a centimeter below cut line, but its worrying me.. is this normal swelling? I will be 4 days post op tmrw...
