I am in a similar position to you - 24 years old, having never in my memory been able to retract my foreskin. I have tried some stretching with the cream but i have to admit i have not been as persistent as you with it. My feeling now is that I will just have a circumcision in the next month or so and get the whole thing over with. I'm sick of having to worry about it when I have sex, and god knows how terrible my hygeine has become in that area. The way I see it is that for a few weeks of discomfort, you have the rest of your life not worrying about this stuff anymore. After all, most guys never have this problem. Besides that, I've grown to dislike the look of my foreskin anyway (it's quite long) and I think the circumcised look is better. It's a personal thing, go with what you think will give you more confidence. If you keep the foreskin, the phimosis can recur later if you don't keep stretching, once it's off, it's off....Good luck with it.
