That is a great answer. You actually don't need to do anything special about underwear. My penis, 20 years after circumcision, once wet, lubed or creamed is wonderfully "tender" and that, the moisture, is the answer to the question of sensitivity- although I really prefer it dry. The wetness makes it "ouchy" which is something the circ got rid of, although once wet, intercourse is great and still produces that post-orgasmic sensitivity.
