You mentioned being needed at the work place during the summer. I too had that problem, so I scheduled my circumcision late Friday afternoon and went to work Monday with no problem. Each person needs to determine what works for them. You could wait for the off season. Your choice of a loose circ sounds like what you want. If that leads to wanting it tighter you can always get it redone.
You can't put any skin back but you can get it tightend up. That was my experience.
I have thoughly enjoyed my circumcised state. Actually I like it better. I did get circumcised because I wanted to.mark
