I'm asking this on behalf of my fiance who has had this problem for many years and has just accepted it. He won't tell his doctor and he feels a false security in the fact it doesn't happen 'every time'. The problem is, sometimes after he has an orgasm he has an extreme amount of pain. He describes it as 'inside' and 'between his penis and rectum'. The pain gets so over-whelming that he has to get up and walk it off.
I feel terrible about this, and it makes me not want to be with him because I'm afraid of his pain. He is a healthy man (except for plaque build around the heart that is being treated), he's Fourty four years old and not very sexually active. He doesn't masturbate and has rarely in his past. All information I find that I think might be what his problem is, isn't close. Mainly because that have to do with very sexually active men, or those who overly masturbate.
Does anyone have any information on this?? Do you think it's important enough to tell his doctor??
Thank you for creating this forum, God Bless!
