Opertion cost worry!

Having had a prepuce plasty last year (done privtely for Ł750), I have to go for a follow up frenuloplasty. Urologist said it will cost Ł1100. Can this be true or is it a mistake?! I was sure that a frenuloplasty was a lesser operation. Anyone had one done privately and how much was it? thanks
