Should I remove them?

Hi all!

I am at 10 days since my op (circ) and have the mojority of my dissolvable stitches still intact.

Should I remove them?

I also have a small infection by my frenulum, should I remove those stitches too? or should I let the infection heal first, then remove the stitches?
