Why wait, start stretching now. I describe the easiest stretch as being like holding open a gunnysack or a halloween goody bag. Grab either side and pull up and out. Hold for a few minutes. Don't make it hurt, but make it taut. The cream helps, but physical action tells it what to do. 22 is plenty young (I'll trade) I can assure you that a dime size opening is WAY ahead of the game compared to a lot of guys who have had success stretching. Some took over a month to get where you are already. Take heart, take hold and start stretching.
