James, you may not need a radical circumcision, but just one that removes the ridged muscles at the tip of your penis that are not expanding as they should.
I was cut at birth and have recently been restoring - stretching the penile shave to cover the head. After one month, I can state without hesitation that the head and the area behind the head (in front of the circ scar, where the foreskin originally was) is MUCH more sensitive. No, I won't go into details here, but I would suggest that the minimal removal of tissue is the best.
