Rare(?) Condition. Please Help

Hi,
I've posted about my condition before.

I had pin-hole phimosis and underwent a circumcision at the doctor's advice to fix it. However a big problem came up. Turns out on the under side of the head the foreskin attached to the glans. Only the top half of the foreskin has been removed so far. (This is not a problem with the frendulum. The frendulum cannot even be seen. It is literally buried under the foreskin that still remains.) The foreskin is STUCK to the glans. The surgeon said this was probably sue to an infection.

Please if anyone knows absolutely anything about this condition, could they please let me know.
