sorry for yet another question but when i see the urologist about having a circumcision, can i get it done any way i want or are there some physical limitations? what i mean is, when i get an erection, my penis size increases width and length significantly - it at least doubles, maybe more (it seems quite small when flaccid)....does this mean that a doctor will only do a "conservative" cut so that there is enough skin to stretch to accomodate the erection? my preference would be to have no skin at all covering the glans at all when flaccid.
