I suppose the most famous instance was that John Wayne Bobbit guy that had his willy cut off by his girlfriend (or wife) and they reattached it. He then went on to do porn. If you want info from online try Yahoo (or whatever search engine) and type "penile reconstruction" - you should find some information about corrective surgeries of trauma and birth defects. However, it's worth keeping in perspective that your problem should be far more easily resolved than something as severe as having it chopped off and then put back on.
