For about a year now I have had a really small (about 1cm, no bigger) pinkish spot on my foreskin - it is only slightly different in color to the rest of the skin. It is not a lump, and isn't sore, and it doesn't seem to have changed (got worse or vanished) in that year. I am 19 and worried it might be cancer or something.
