Please clarify this for meWell, I can speak from my experience that except to the extent the frenulum holds back, my foreskin will go all the way down my shaft - well as long as it can reach anyway. Whether it "should" do that is another question - as long as it is mobile during sexual activities, can be easily rinsed, and doesn't cause pain, it's probably as loose as it "should" be
