And here I thought I was one in a million with this problem of mine. I never really thought to look on the internet!

I'm 19 years old, and I just recently managed to pull the foreskin over the head for the first time. I have done it a handful of times since, but it's not really something that I enjoy doing! Not only does the extremely tight feeling remain after it's been retracted (I can only retract it to fully uncover the head, it simply won't come down any further.), but the head also HURTS to touch! I was in the middle of doing this one time, and I had the immediate need to "cover up", and the feeling of my boxers touching the head was VERY uncomfortable and a little painful! I also tried washing it, but the feeling of hot soapy water touching the exposed head was also very painful.

Is this normal? What can I do to stop the pain? Will it ease over time?
